Adding Miscellaneous Project Information
You can add project information such as the type of contract and type of construction.
To add miscellaneous project information
- In the Project form, click the Miscellaneous tab, and then enter the following information:
- Type of Contract: The type of contract.
- Type of Construction: The construction type of the project.
- Type of Building: The building type of the project.
- Province/ State: The province or state where the project is located.
- Territory: Territory where the project is located.
- Region: The region where the project is located.
- Country: The country where the project is located.
- Company Name: The name of the company responsible for the project. This name is used in report headers.
- Company ID: The company code, which is automatically displayed here and cannot be changed.
- Project Executive: The project executive for the project.
- Project Manager: The project manager for the project.
- Project Architect: The project architect for the project.
- Construction Manager: The construction manager for the project.
- Superintendent: The superintendent for the project.
- Field Engineer: The field engineer for the project.
- Forecast Start Date: The forecast start date.
- Forecast Finish Date: The forecast finish date.
- Forecast Allocation Type: The forecast allocation type.
- To save the changes and keep the form open, click
> Save.
